I’m part of the team behind The Pool Hall a modern, purpose-built venue created by cue sports lovers who wanted something better. We built this space for pool and darts players of all levels from casual games to serious competitions with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. Since opening, we’ve hosted weekly tournaments, league nights, and big monthly events, supporting a growing community of players. With 16 tournament-standard pool tables, 8 pro darts boards, a fully licensed bar, and a lounge zone, we’ve got everything you need for great nights out. It’s not just about playing it’s about connection, competition, and community.

Refund Policy – The Pool Hall
At The Pool Hall, we aim to provide a great experience for all our customers. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds or credits may be issued. By making a booking or purchase with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final. However, we understand that plans change and issues can arise, so we offer refunds or credits in specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Table & Area Bookings
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking
Full refund or full credit towards a future booking.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time
No refund. A credit may be issued at management discretion.No-shows
No refund or credit.
3. Events, Parties & Group Bookings
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event or party bookings.
If you cancel an event:
7+ days’ notice – deposit may be transferred to a new date once.
Less than 7 days’ notice – deposit is forfeited.
If we need to cancel or reschedule an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to move to a new date.
4. Food & Drink Purchases
Food and drink purchases are non-refundable unless:
The product is incorrect,
The product is not as described,
Or there is a quality issue.
Any concerns must be raised at the time of service so we can correct the issue immediately.
5. Memberships & Promotions
Memberships and promotional offers are non-refundable once activated.
Free memberships as part of our promotions (e.g., first 100 members) hold no monetary value.
6. Competitions & Tournaments
Entry fees are non-refundable once the competition has begun.
If a player withdraws before the draw is made, a refund or credit may be issued at management discretion.
7. Faulty Equipment or Service Issues
If your booking is affected by equipment failure or operational issues (e.g., table fault), we will:
Move you to another table where possible, or
Offer a partial refund or credit for the affected time.
8. Management Discretion
The Pool Hall reserves the right to assess situations individually and may issue refunds or credits outside of the above terms if appropriate.
